Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Aliigned, the goal-tracking and reflection application available at app.aliigned.co, operated by Toni Grunwald (“Aliigned”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Aliigned you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Aliigned provides tools for personal planning and reflection — goals, tasks, projects, habits, journaling, check-ins, optional AI-assisted coaching, and optional Google Calendar integration. Features may change over time as the service evolves.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Aliigned.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, including by overloading it;
• reverse engineer or resell the service without our permission.

5. Your content

You own the content you create in Aliigned. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.

6. Third-party services

Aliigned integrates with third-party services such as Google (sign-in and Calendar). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Aliigned’s settings or via your Google Account permissions. How we handle data from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-generated content

AI features produce automatically generated suggestions and reflections. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you act on them.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Aliigned available and your data safe, but the service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service. You can export or request a copy of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Aliigned is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Aliigned and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
